Pre Orders 

If a fabric is listed as Pre Order, please do not order with any Retail fabric. Pre Orders have a longer turnaround time and Retail fabric will ship out with the Pre Order Fabric. 

 

Recommended Wash Routine

Wash in cold water, add detergent before fabric is added to machine. Wash on gentle cycle. Do not overload as this will impact the integrity of fabric. Use a colour catcher when washing new fabrics. Only wash like colours together. Do not use bleach or softener. Hang to dry. 

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as a 10% restocking fee, unless we have made an error on your order or there is a manufacturer defect. Once we receive the fabric and it is determined to be in new uncut condition, a refund will be processed. We do not accept returns on cut fabric.
