Q: What are your shipping times?
A: All preorders have a turn around time of 5 - 7 weeks and all retail (in stock) orders are shipped within 2 - 4 Business days. Please refer to our Shipping page for more details.
Q: Can I return fabric if I'm not satisfied?
A: Yes, you can return fabric within 7 days of receiving your shipment if it's unwashed and uncut. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes, we offer 15% off if you order 15 yards or more. Use the discount code BULK15.
Q: How do I wash my fabric?
A: We recommend you wash in cold water, add detergent before fabric is added to machine. Wash on gentle cycle. Do not overload as this will impact the integrity of fabric. Use a colour catcher when washing new fabrics. Only wash like colours together. Do not use bleach or softener. Hang to dry.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
